Colombo è vicinissimo al Stadtturm. Potrai avere la certezza di gustare degli ottimi bagel e pancakes in questo ristorante. Qui si possono bere un ottimo caffè espresso. I clienti non amano molto il kama del ristorante Colombo.

The visit to Colombo for a relaxed Sunday brunch was a real disappointment. The service is OK, but not particularly friendly or motivated. The menu has a large and great-sounding selection. I opted for the Tacos Carnitas, 3 pieces for CHF 30. As a trained chef, I definitely imagined the tacos to be different. Loveless wheat tortillas with half-cooked, bland vegetables, industrial cheese and minimal meat (as in the photo). The meat was good and very tender, however. The overall taste was inedible. The truffle fries were unfortunately soggy and not that great. The coffee was OK, but despite the portafilter machine, it was not up to the right standard for a shop that sells a lot of coffee. Lots of potential, but the quality is lacking, which is a shame. Not recommended for the time being. Response to feedback: Mistakes can happen, the fries were not great. The tacos, on the other hand, arrived as they were, just unfolded. There was also creme fraiche on the side that you could touch with your finger. Coffee is a matter of taste. But they all sugarcoat everything and say it's all great... To be honest, the photos do not meet our standards and I cannot imagine that they came on the plate like that. If you think our quality is not right, I would be happy to invite you. Come by and take a look behind the scenes. When do you have time? Everything else is up for discussion. Personally, I cannot share your opinion about coffee. And yes, truffle fries are very popular with us and we have rarely had any complaints. I hope you have a nice Sunday.More
