Those who frequent the Orio airport know well that smiles and courtesy are not such widespread qualities in the various catering outlets of the airport. Serge is a fantastic exception to this rule. The staff is really always friendly, smiling and super helpful. And he also often stops to have a pleasant chat with customers. the cannoncini are really amazing (the cost is 2 euros but I assure you they are well spent).
