I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the conduct of a member of your staff this morning, a blonde lady who I understand is called Valerika. I approached her as a customer to ask two straightforward questions. On both occasions, I had to repeat myself as she did not face me or acknowledge me directly, stating that she was “too busy.” Despite this, she then proceeded to speak to me in a dismissive and inappropriate manner. If a member of staff is genuinely too busy to assist a customer, that should be communicated politely and professionally. What followed instead was an unacceptable attitude and unnecessary verbal interaction that fell well below the standard one should expect in a customer-facing role. When I subsequently asked a colleague for her name, her behaviour escalated and became aggressive, which was both surprising and deeply unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed by this interaction. Valerika’s conduct reflects poorly on your business and, in my view, demonstrates a clear lack of suitability for a customer service role. This matter should be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I trust this will be investigated and that steps will be taken to ensure no other customers are subjected to similar treatment.

Coffee & Friends Burger King at the Geneva train station offers a pleasant atmosphere with comfortable chairs for a relaxing break. The coffee, hot chocolate and morning pastries are delicious.
