I ordered a cappuccino 'sur place,' expecting it to be served in a proper cup. However, the barista initially made it in a paper cup, and when I expressed my concern, he simply poured it into a regular cup. Unfortunately, this affected the quality of the drink. It would be great if drinks for in-house orders were served in ceramic cups from the start to maintain the intended experience. Es tut uns sehr leid zu hören, dass du diese schlechte Erfahrung bei uns machen musstest. Selbstverständlich sollten all unsere Getränke zum Verzehr im Coffee Fellows in den demensprechenden Tassen oder Gläsern serviert werden. Wir kontaktieren unseren lokalen Partner und stellen sicher, dass dies in Zukunft nicht erneut vorkommt. Hoffentlich kannst du uns in Zukunft nochmal eine Chance geben.
