Very average coffee, extortionate price for an iced coffee considering other places around the area. Pastry was terrible compared to other places, a small croissant (cold) sliced with some nutella spread onto it. Coffee Biljka became our breakfast spot every morning during our 3 days in Split. Their ham and cheese croissant and yogurt chia pudding were so delicious that we were completely hooked from the very first bite. Everything tasted flavorful, and was the perfect way to start our day. The café itself is small, cozy, and charming, ideal for grabbing a coffee, smoothie, or fresh-squeezed juice on the go. There are only a couple of seats available, so it’s not really a sit-down café, but we got lucky and managed to snag them every morning. What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was consistently friendly, welcoming, and the service was always quick, even during busy times. If you’re visiting Split and looking for a great breakfast or coffee spot, I absolutely recommend Coffee Biljka. Five stars all the way!
