Last week I went to this shisha bar again with my friends. Unfortunately I was very disappointed because the prices are simply overpriced and the quality is a disaster. Never again! The hookahs look like they're from World War I and the hoses are yellow. The employees hardly make any effort, and the boss sits at the table and smokes shisha. Price per person: CHF 40–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Nice experience but with some minor issues I have visited Coconut Bar today and I would like to share my experience with you. The atmosphere in the bar was nice and I ended up having a nice evening there. However, there are a few minor issues I want to mention. When I ordered a bottle of Wine Fr. 39.00, the bill showed the price of Wine 69.00. This bothered me a bit, as I didn't expect the price to be so high for a simple bottle of wine. Of course, it is not a very big mistake, but it was good to be informed that the price is higher than what I ordered. Another thing that has affected me negatively is my order for a Pizza. The menu card didn't say that the Pizza was a frozen product, so that made me feel a little disappointed. It would be helpful to place a small target on the menu card to inform customers of this fact. Other than these two minor issues, everything else was great. The staff was very friendly and the waiter was attentive and willing to help. Because of these minor concerns, I will be careful in the future when ordering from this place. However, I know that no one is perfect and sometimes mistakes like this can happen. For me, it is more important to be informed and discuss these issues to help the country improve their service in the future. Overall, my experience at this Coconut Bar was positive and I can recommend it for pleasant moments.
