I don't know why people comment that the music is great, in my honest opinion there is no reason why even the DJ is here, music is the same all the time and it gets boring after 15 minutes Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

We celebrated our wedding at Lazareti last weekend. The venue itself is beautiful and offers a fantastic setting for a special event. Unfortunately, our experience with the owner significantly impacted what was otherwise a wonderful day. We had arranged an open bar until midnight. Prior to the wedding, we had explicitly agreed that after midnight we would have the option either to extend the open bar for €20 per person or switch to paying per drink. By midnight, around 30 guests remained, so extending the open bar should have cost approximately €600 according to the agreed terms. When midnight arrived, the bartender was supposed to discuss the options with us. Instead, he contacted the owner. When the owner arrived, he informed us that extending the bar for just one additional hour would cost €1,500, or we would have to leave immediately. This was completely different from what had been agreed beforehand. Naturally, we were unwilling to pay €1,500 for one extra hour for only 30 remaining guests. When my mother-in-law pointed this out, the owner responded by giving us 15 minutes to leave. At that point, the celebration was still in full swing, and the party was effectively forced to end on the spot. To make matters worse, the staff turned on the lights without any prior discussion or warning. It was extremely disappointing to have our wedding reception cut short in this manner, especially over a last-minute change to previously agreed terms. Our experience left us feeling that customer care and professionalism were lacking when it mattered most, since this wasn't just some random birthday party, but our wedding and we can't get that day back. We are locals ourselves, which makes this experience even more disappointing. If this is the level of service provided to local customers on their wedding day, it raises serious concerns about how guests are treated in general. If you choose this venue, be aware that despite the excellent location, agreements may not be handled as expected, and decisions can apparently change without notice. That kind of uncertainty is the last thing any couple should have to deal with on their wedding day. It is genuinely sad that a venue marketed for weddings is run by someone who appeared to have so little empathy for a couple celebrating one of the most important moments of their lives. Service: 1
