I don't usually leave negative reviews but felt really disappointed with our meal. From the reviews and photos we were really looking forward to it and booked 2 days early. We were very unfortunate with the weather and they called to confirm we were ok sitting outside as it was cold, which we didn't mind. However I wish they would have given us notice that they had very very limited fish options. We paid €150 for the dish in the photo which was meant for 4 people. We were expecting a lot more fish in this dish and really disappointed in both the taste and qantity. I spent most of the meal picking scales out my mouth. We were all really disappointed as this was our last meal together at the end of our lovely holiday. We agreed to splash out on something special and this was the worst and most expensive meal of our holiday. Shame as the other reviews and photos looked lovely. The service was still very good under the unfortunate circumstance. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: €50+ Vegetarian options: Vegetarian option was the best out of table of 8

A truly delightful experience! The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The seafood was absolutely delicious. What really stood out was the outstanding service — warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €20–25

To say Citadela Fish Bistro was amazing would be an understatement! This was by far our favorite meal the entire 2 weeks we sent in Croatia! The staff is amazing and you can feel their passion for fresh fish and an amazing experience. The quality of the fish is top tier and caught fresh daily from the Adriatic Sea. If there is one restaurant you CANNOT miss during your trip to Croatia it is Citadela Fish Bistro! Service: Dine in Price per person: €20–25 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
