Luogo accogliente, personale gentile e disponibile, crepes molto farcite (oggi ho preso la crepes speciale "doppio cioccolato" con due creme al cioccolato, panno montata e crumble al cacao, di crepes ne arrivano due), per il prezzo che hanno le consiglio, rispetto ad altri posti in cui sono stata dove il prezzo risulta uguale ma la quantità di cibo è la metà! Nice and quiet place in the heart of Varese, we were in company to enjoy something good but we were DISAPPOINTED because 1) the place was empty and there weren't many customers as soon as we entered the girl who served us we noticed that she snorted then we ordered a special cappuccino with a chocolate and a creps browni in which I noticed that she prepared with her bare hands and honestly for hygienic reasons I don't find it correct as they were doing closing cleaning and I didn't even see that she rinsed herself our hands (it was all burnt under the crepes among other things) then since there were two of us working we even waited at the register! Unprofessional friendliness for a Monday evening. Thank you. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
