Ci siamo presentati la sera di San Silvestro senza aver prenotato e ci ha accolti un ragazzo davvero gentile che ci ha fatti accomodare e ci ha aiutati con l'ordinazione seguendoci tutta la sera con cura e simpatia .Bell' ambiente ,cibo ottimo e personale gentile . Conto assolutamente onesto . Grazie ci avete fatto passare una bellissima serata. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

EN-TR Restaurant Churrasco is one of the best spots in Lausanne if you’re looking for high-quality meat. The cuts are excellent, cooked perfectly, and full of flavor. The menu includes a wide range of Argentine-style options filet, entrecôte, picanha all well executed. The corn bread and chorizo served as starters are also surprisingly good. Service is another strong point: the staff are friendly, attentive, and keep an eye on the tables throughout the meal. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, especially in the evening. The only downside is the fries. With meat of this quality, homemade fries would elevate the whole plate significantly. The frozen ones don’t quite match the rest of the experience. Still, overall it’s an excellent restaurant. Great meat, great service, and a place you’ll likely want to revisit if you love a proper grilled steak. ———————————————————— Lozan’da et konusunda gerçekten iddialı bir yer. Etlerin kalitesi çok yüksek; pişirme derecesi tam istenildiği gibi, yumuşak ve lezzetli geliyor. Menüde Arjantin mutfağından farklı kesimler bulunuyor; filet, entrecôte, picanha gibi seçenekler oldukça başarılı. Başlangıç olarak gelen mısır ekmeği ve chorizo da çok iyi hazırlanmış. Servis tarafı da güçlü; çalışanlar güler yüzlü, ilgili ve servis boyunca gerçekten yardımcı oluyorlar. Ortam sıcak, akşam yemekleri için ideal bir atmosferi var. Tek küçük eksi, kullanılan patates kızartmaları. Eğer ev yapımı olsaydı bu kaliteye tam anlamıyla yakışırdı. Et bu kadar üst seviyedeyken yanında hazır patates gelmesi biraz sırıtabiliyor.
