Vi perderete dalla bellezza e dalla bontà di questo posto! Ve lo consiglio assolutamente! Abbiamo preso una cappuccino alla vaniglia con una degustazione di praline di cioccolato. Una più buona delle altre! Consiglio amche i macarons. Confezioni bellissime, posto raffinato ed elegante. Potete trovare anche insalatone ben assortite se volete mangiare rilassando all'aperto!

Dear management, As the owner of a tourism company in Switzerland, I have been recommending to my tour guides for years that our clients try the wonderful hot chocolate, which is exclusive to Lucerne and is traditionally made with melted chocolate and hot milk. Unfortunately, on our last two visits to your store, we had a serious issue with one of your employees, Boglarka, who was extremely unprofessional and rude to our customers. In the first incident, one of our tour guides reported that she was extremely rude and disrespectful to a customer who, excited about the experience, wanted to take a photo or video of the hot chocolate being made. Instead of being polite and friendly, the employee reacted harshly and rudely by saying, “Don’t film me,” which completely embarrassed the customer, ruined his enthusiasm, and negatively impacted the customer’s day. Unfortunately, the problem repeated itself during one of our private tours last Saturday, where I was personally present as a tour guide and accompanied a wealthy client from the USA (HNWI). Again, the same employee behaved in an unacceptable manner that made my customer feel uncomfortable in front of everyone. This behavior is completely unnecessary and shows a lack of preparation when dealing with customers, especially in a place visited by tourists from all over the world. If this employee doesn't want to be filmed, this may not be the right workplace for her, especially since there are security cameras everywhere. Additionally, there is a much more polite and friendly way to communicate this by simply saying, “Please just film the cup.” I don't want to appear in the video." However, the way she expresses this in a rude manner not only creates unpleasant situations but also affects the customer experience and therefore the reputation of your store. I wanted to file this complaint formally via email, but when I tried to find a way to contact you on your website, I found that clicking "Contact Us" doesn't do anything.
