We had a great vacation with our daughter at Michele's. The location is ideal for reaching everything on foot. However, we often drove to the beach because of the heat. The apartment is well equipped for self-catering and has a wonderful view. Our highlight was the view from the pool over Lake Garda and the mountains and the really delicious drinks at the pool bar. The night market and the weekly market right on our street were also great. Our tip: stock up on fresh fish, vegetables, fruit, olive oil, cheese, salami, etc. at the weekly market and make yourself comfortable on the balcony. A few steps away from the apartment is a small bakery that provided us with fresh bread rolls every morning. By car you can reach larger supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi or Conad within a few minutes. But we found it very nice to go to the small family-run shop around the corner (Alimentari Antonioli). Grandma stands behind the deli counter and cuts the ham and cheese with precision while the grandson puts away the goods. Michele and his family/employees are very friendly and helpful.
