It was an oversight on our part and through our previous communication (phonecalls and 2 written messages ) I’ve apologized and explained the situation. My staff called me after your first phonecall (around 2105hrs) and I told her to go give you the disposable utensils asap. She left the restaurant around 2120hrs . You used a China number and we incurred international call charges trying to contact you. You only said the dormitory name in Mandarin and we could only guess where it was. My staff did not have the exact address and the area she went to was under construction and dimly lighted, there was no parking place nor a waiting place. She was driving and calling you when going around. From the time she left the restaurant to the time she left your area there, she did indeed spend about 25 minutes. It was definitely our mistake and we really did make the effort to make amends. Unfortunately, you didn’t hear the phone ring and when you called back at around 2150 hrs, she had already left. She did not exaggerate on her timing nor avoid acknowledging her mistake and did want to make amends for it. It was our mistake and we sincerely apologized for your inconveniences.More
