If this happens, we always ask customers to return the entire package so that we can send it back to the manufacturer with the relevant batch notification. Obviously we return the purchased item in its entirety to the customer, from a different batch. If this ever happens to you again, just tell us, return the faulty product and it will be replaced with a working one.
