I recommend.. quail stuffed with red fruits on a bed of nettle guacamole.. the dessert trolley is amazing.. Spilamberto balsamic creme brulee..fantastic!!!! We want to remind all customers that the guacamole was prepared with avocados grown in Savigno, i.e. the highly prized truffle variant. This dish will be offered again in autumn 2024
The sea bass chef's tagliatelle: happened by chance at the Chez Dossetti Bazzano restaurant, located in an amazing setting close to the Bolognese hills, with impeccable service, color of the dishes matching the fine Flanders tablecloths). But above all I was positively impressed by the sea bass chef's tagliatelle. They are an experience to try at least once in your life. Just like they come from the expert hands of the pasta makers: full-bodied consistency, rough on the palate, precisely to retain and incorporate the succulent seasoning.
