Very beautiful setting. Unfortunately the service leaves something to be desired... The bottle of wine requested was not the one brought and served, moreover the empty plates of the appetizer were cleared at the same time as the dishes which gives the impression of a slight mess in the organization. A very long waiting time which would not have been so unpleasant if we had not found ourselves the last in the dining room (without having yet received the dessert) having been the first to arrive It’s a shame because the team seems very motivated and largely competent, perhaps a lack of skills or staff? We picked up the restaurant mostly for the great location, so close to the lake shore and with a great view, and we were not disappointed by the food nor the service. We went there with two young kids and the waitress gave them a set for coloring, which kept them enterteined for some time ans we could enjoy a good Spritz. The food was good, althought the crab cakes had very little « meat », but the chicken was tender and tasty. I would recommend it for lunch, it provides a great opportunity to enjoy the lake in sunny day. Prices above the average Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 50–60 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

By far the worst experience we have had in a restaurant. We stayed at the hotel Angleterre who offered us a drink at the restaurant for being a guest. The servers were rude and unhelpful. Will never go back again and will never recommend it to anyone going to Lausanne. Train your staff or hire new ones quickly.
