I tried the “Freddie Chicken Dhansak” at Champions Riviera inside the Casino, and it was honestly excellent. The dish is inspired by Freddie Mercury and costs only CHF 21, which is an exceptional price for the quality. The chicken was very tender, not just a simple chicken breast, and almost fell apart with the fork. The spices were well balanced, full of flavour but not too strong or overpowering. It came with rice that had a lovely buttery taste and a slightly crispy texture, which worked perfectly with the dish. Great concept, great taste, excellent value, and a very nice location inside the Casino. Definitely worth trying, especially for Queen and Freddie Mercury fans. Price per person: CHF 20–30
