The wine Diolinoir is wonderful. The bad rating is due to customer service. In September 2022 I ordered several bottles of Diolinoir and paid directly via Paypal. Four months later I received a reminder about this. When I asked twice to confirm whether, according to the payment receipts from September 2022, everything was in order with the accounting, there was never an answer (or apology). One of the bottles had a spigot and unfortunately was neither drinkable nor usable for cooking. Ms Bridy promised to refund the cost of the bottle (May 2023). Since after several months there had still been no refund, I asked twice via email. There was no reaction. On August 24, 2023, I personally spoke on the phone to Ms. Bridy, who kindly explained that she would take care of it immediately and give me an answer by email the next day. Unfortunately, neither an email nor a refund has been received to date. A pity. The empty promises and poor customer service really spoil the enjoyment of what is actually a wonderful wine.

Sehr gute Weine und nette Bedienung obschon wir nur 3 verschiedene Weine à je 2 Flaschen gekauft haben. Wir haben auch, obschon die Dame einen Termin hatte, für die guten Tropfen Geschenkkartons erhalten (waren nicht angemeldet). Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen wieder. Wifi und Béa.
