I personally apologize for the hair incident(s) which sincerely had never occurred before and which unfortunately the new employee did not report to our room manager, as she should have done. On behalf of myself and all the staff, I would like to confirm my regret at not being able to offer you the service you desired: starting from the room assigned to you (35 m2 compared to the 26 advertised on our website), the place at the table which you have calmly usurped for other guests because the ones we had assigned to her were not to her taste, to all the endless requests and complaints that characterized her stay. The food that you defined as ''not that great'' was enjoyed by over 150 people and the wine that was not to your liking could very well have been exchanged for one of the many that our cellar offers! If the services and the format of our offer have never been to your liking, I would ask you the reason for your choice, also given the numerous information sent to our guests both during the booking phase and before arrival. In the future I invite you to better consider your choices regarding holidays and experiential offers, you will avoid disappointment and perhaps make way for users who will appreciate the style of the offer and all the hard work and professionalism behind it!
