In 2020 we celebrated an 18th and having enjoyed ourselves we decided to return for a 50th but, unfortunately, this last experience was totally NEGATIVE. Buffet of Starters and Desserts totally lacking, not everyone got to taste the same things and not due to a question of hungry people as usually works at buffets but due to an inadequate QUANTITY. Out of 53 people, seeing 20 sandwiches is unacceptable as is 9 cannoli... same thing for mozzarella in carrozza or arancinetti. Obviously no refill was made. Animation, mandatorily decided by the structure, non-existent. I would have said DJ rather than entertainment since he did NOTHING in terms of entertainment beyond the music and the request for applause at the beginning of the evening. The owner's arrogance towards the customer is nothing short of crazy. I have had the opportunity to participate in several birthdays, weddings etc (even working on them) and it has never happened to me that despite the presence of entertainment for viewing the famous video that everyone now does, an additional 50 euros are requested... obviously it is not for 50 euros given the 2400 already paid but rather due to the madness and once the disappointment was pointed out to be told by the owner "but what is it for 50 euros?" It's just funny, also because if it's for 50 euros why do you ask for them with such arrogance? (crazy request in my opinion) As he said, it had never happened to him in 13 years and it's obviously mutual but it's been more than 13 years in our case. "I decide in my house" it will certainly be his house but as long as I pay I expect, in the normality of things, to have them. "I only offer a food and dining service" which is a bit conflicting given that the entertainment must necessarily be the one offered by them and what's more, in addition to being theirs, you also have to pay for the food. That is, the owner chooses it (but they only offer room and food) with the price obviously decided by the owner and in addition I have to pay for the food. The biggest disappointment demonstrating the fact that in recent years it has only gotten worse rather than better was at the dessert and fruit buffet where the Strawberry was present (the birthday girl is allergic to strawberries risking anaphylactic shock with just the smell) and OBVIOUSLY in during the organizational phase all allergies had been made known. I can only leave this negative review so as to inform those who decide to go or return like us and to give negative feedback to anyone who asks. Good quality of food (for those who get there) fortunately we had the pizza round at the table even though after the three pizzas on the menu they turned off the light for the various dances and music so it was useless to ask for another one. Very nice and welcoming location (the reason for the 2 stars I would have given one otherwise) Fortunately, there is a lot of competition and by doing so you are only helping it. Good luck.
