Ottimo ristorante vegetariano nella città di Bienne. Il locale molto bello e il servizio molto disponibile.

We were looking on the internet for a restaurant that serves vegetables in Biel/Bienne and happened on Casa Loa im Pfauen. It was our lucky find! The food is so very delicious - each dish, from the appetizer carrot salad with feta, dates, toasted almonds, and raspberry vinaigrette, through the crisp chickpea pancakes with pumpkin seed pesto, the potato gnocchi with carrots, feta, dates, and toasted almonds, to the apple mousse and yogurt crumble - was excellent. Each combined creative flavors and textures in delicate intensity that aloud all the nuances to manifest. The chef, who is also the server was delightful. And the setting, right on the Ring in old town, was very beautiful. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 40–50

Enfin un très bon restaurant végétarien dans la citée seelandaise. Un niveau culinaire d’exception, mijoté, préparé avec passion, avec des ingrédients et combinaisons originaux pour se délecter!
