We stayed at Casa Lio for a birthday on August 18, 2023. First of all, the ambience, the location and the food are really great. Unfortunately, not the service. Right from the start there was the first setback. We wanted to put the tables together, which the gentleman from the service didn't like at all. The tables are too heavy and it is inconvenient. Even when we placed the children's chair, it was again not a good idea. We were able to understand the reason that he couldn't serve over a small child and that the chair had to go somewhere else, but the tone and reaction were not okay. And when asked if they could prepare something small for dessert for the birthday child, the reaction was sobering. He said: "not really and yes, then I'll just have to look." And this surprise was finally on the bill. Not even a thank you for the tip when paying. I think it's a huge shame that people completely lose interest in this restaurant because of such reactions.
