Truly an excellent product, having never tasted buffalo meat I was a bit sceptical, I bought it at Todis in Gubbio and I was impressed by the really good flavor having 90% buffalo meat as its characteristics and not like other products that percentages of specific meats are much lower I highly recommend it.

Very good quality meat, the buffalo meat sausage far and away met my expectations. The aroma and consistency were good... the package arrived intact and on time in my city in Puglia
