Una volta conclusa la passeggiata attorno al Parco Urbano Camaldoli Sud, visita Carbonà Osteria Romana. I piatti della cucina italiana meritano di essere assaggiati qui. Qui potrai ordinare gustosi pasta cacio e pepe, antipasto e spaghetti alla carbonara. Ordina curatissimo tiramisù. Vieni in questo ristorante per degli ottimi cordiale o birra. Ordina il fantastico caffè che servono qui.

Da carbonà ho mangiato in passato delle buone carbonare e cacio e pepe in quanto sono gli unici piatti decenti che gli riescono,i secondi purtroppo sono quasi tutti sovrapprezzati i e imbarazzanti (come le presentazioni di tagliate e carni) Ma questo era il passato, in quanto ora prendono solo in giro con porzioni ridicole, carbomix supersciacquato (quasi bianco) e con spaghetti commerciali al posto dei classici tonnarelli di pasta fresca (a detta loro e sempre da vedere se fresca davvero). Consiglio anche di fare attenzione a posate e servizi in quanto in più di un'occasione li abbiamo trovati sporchi. Strano però il fatto che ti costano 2,50 euro a persona di coperto in più sul conto. Successivamente sono anche tornato per provare la vostra pizza e niente...imbarazzante e bruciata anche quella. 25 aprile sbagliando strada mi sono imbattuta in questo locale,la mia idea era una pizza ,ma dopo aver letto il menù ho capito tutto!!!! Vi è un menù fisso al costo minimo di 20€ dove vi deliziano con un antipasto strepitoso....e poi con una zozzona da record mondiale! Il tutto costellato da altri primi tipici romani e napoletani.... ovviamente è iniziata la mia avventura.....Mario uno dei camerieri mi ha allietato la serata insieme con i Pizzaioli .Vi consiglio di venire e di prenotare se potete .(Scusate ma nell antipasto mancano le bruschette,le ho mangiate subito:-))). Located in Corso Europa in Villaricca, Carbonà Osteria Romana is a place that immediately strikes for its well-managed entrance and for the external lighting that highlights the restaurant's logo, making it easily identifiable even for those passing by by car. The outdoor parking can accommodate 7-8 cars, but there is ample availability of parking nearby. **Environment and Location** The location is very beautiful and with attention to detail, with a well-organized and very large internal room. The furniture of the restaurant has been recently renovated, offering very comfortable chairs and a modern and welcoming environment. The interior lighting is excellent, helping to create a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring an always fresh and comfortable environment. It is also possible to book tables for large groups; personally, I booked for 11 people and didn't have any problems. Furthermore, the restaurant also welcomes large dogs. The atmosphere is made even more pleasant by the presence of many waiters, always ready to satisfy customers' needs. The television screens that show the club's logo are also nice, always keeping the identity of the place highlighted even in the photographs. Furthermore, the venue is also ideal for celebrating birthdays and other special occasions. The only slightly negative note is the music, sometimes a little too loud, but just ask and the staff are willing to turn it down. **Food and beverages** The bruschettas are very good, as are the croquettes and meatballs with cheese and pepper, absolutely worth trying. Cacio e pepe, light and tasty, stands out from the heavier versions typical of Neapolitan cuisine. Not to forget the excellent pizza, which represents a perfect combination of Neapolitan and Roman tradition. **Services** You can book easily and the bathroom is very nice and large, ensuring an additional level of comfort for guests. Furthermore, the waiting times to be served are short, allowing you to enjoy the dishes without long waits. The staff is very friendly and they even offered us coffee. **Conclusion** Carbonà Osteria Romana is a place that expertly combines the excellence of Roman cuisine with the Neapolitan tradition, offering a high-level culinary experience in a welcoming and well-organised environment. Recommended for a dinner with friends, family or group events, without forgetting our four-legged friends. The only shame is the distance from the center of Naples, which can represent a small obstacle for those who are not from the area.
