Sign says card payment temporarily unavailable. But the sign seems pretty permanent. So no technological pay, only cash. Yet, when you go in, want to take a look at the menu, they tell you to scan a QR code. And there is no wifi, or good mobile internet reception, so you cannot get the menu opened. Prices were unknown. When I had to pay 6.80 and paid with a 10, without question I only got back 3, instead of 3.20. I might have left that 20 there, but without question taking it is just wrong. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
