Luogo incantevole , una leggera brezza marina con il rumore del mare accompagna la serata. Personale attento e qualificato. Il cibo e' di ottima qualità. La pizza con cornicione alto e soffice la divori praticamente. Il proprietario? semplicemente unico. Gentile premuroso e attento che tt vada bene. Il locale lo consiglio caldamente. Sono stato con la mia famiglia ieri sera, devo dire davvero una bella scoperta nonostante sabato sera siamo stati accolti in maniera davvero gentile un servizio veloce con camerieri davvero gentilissimi e sia la pizza che la cucina si notava la qualità elevata dei prodotti . Located in an enchanting setting in Capri, the restaurant immediately captured my attention with its breathtaking view of the azure sea and its elegant atmosphere. The real star of the show, though, has been the amazing selection of fresh seafood that the restaurant offers. From the variety of options available at the seafood counter, I chose a grilled swordfish dish. The dish was simple, but the freshness of the fish and the skill with which it was cooked was evident in every bite. The slightly smoky flavor and tender texture were a real treat for the palate. The attention to detail was also evident in the starters and side dishes. The crunchy vegetables and delicate sauces accompanied the fish perfectly, creating a balance of flavors that was truly exceptional. Furthermore, the restaurant staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, ensuring the overall experience was of a high standard. I can't say enough about Capri Blu Ammare for the attention to the quality of the products, the culinary mastery and the welcoming atmosphere. If you are a lover of fresh fish and would like to enjoy a real culinary delicacy in a dream setting, I can only warmly recommend you book a table in this splendid restaurant.
