Capital Kitchen & Grill Nuovo

Hvala vam! Dobrodošli

Dear Sophia,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly delighted to hear that you found the food to be excellent and that your friend’s recommendation lived up to your expectations in the kitchen! However, we are genuinely concerned to hear about your experience with our staff. We strive to maintain a professional and supportive environment, and what you described doesn't reflect the culture we work hard to build. While we hope there may have been a misunderstanding or a misinterpretation of a fast-paced exchange, we take these observations very seriously. Please rest assured that we will be addressing this internally to ensure our team dynamics remain as high-quality as our food. We would love the chance to welcome you back and provide you with the seamless, positive experience you deserve from start to finish.Best regards,Capital Kitchen & Grill
