Esperienza abbastanza mediocre, mi aspettavo di più. Argomento: 1. Antipasto di affettati: moccetta e altri salumi veramente troppo salati, buono il lardo. 2. Gnocchi viola: la consistenza è da rivedere, buona la crema di blue 3. Dolci eccessivamente cari per la qualità proposta. Complessivamente, per parafrasare Massari al contrario, è caro e non costoso! Abbiamo cenato in questo ambiente molto caldo, accogliente ed elegante. Si percepisce la passione dei proprietari in ogni dettaglio, dal cibo buonissimo e cucinato alla perfezione all’attenzione per il servizio impeccabile e alla cura dell’ambiente e della pulizia, dallo chef che visita la sala per chiedere se va tutto bene. Anche il prezzo non è stato esagerato ma, a mio parere, più che meritato. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che cercano qualcosa di curato sotto tutti i punti di vista Parking: Ci sono due parcheggi del ristorante/hotel e si può facilmente parcheggiare anche nelle strade adiacenti Kid-friendliness: Adatto ai bambini che non necessitano di seggioloni Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Reservation: Reservations recommended Noise level: Very quiet Group size: 5-8 people Wait time: No wait Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot, Free of charge street parking

31/12/23 New Year's Eve dinner with friends. First time at this restaurant, booked online after reading some reviews. Arriving in Arvier in the late afternoon we go to the restaurant to understand if the information on the web corresponds to reality. We were welcomed by the owner who had never seen us as if we were old friends or loyal customers. He dedicated a good half hour of his time to us (which in another place two hours before New Year's Eve dinner would have liquidated us in a few seconds) telling us about the activity that his family has carried out with love for generations and how close he is to to her Aosta Valley. After speaking with her I left the restaurant with the feeling that everything would go well, and so it did. Perfect dinner with refined dishes and never exaggerated in quantities and ingredients, in each dish the flavors were not "mixed" but married to each other while still remaining distinguishable. A menu that not only fills the stomach but also satisfies the palate, the sense of smell and the sight. 10 out of 10 praise for the smoked fassone steak and to the venison fillet with polenta. The location which transmits "warmth" and the trained but also kind and friendly staff (even though they were working they kept us company the whole evening with their cheerfulness) contributed to the success of the evening, one of the ones you wish would never end. And finally, congratulations to the Chef who at the end of the dinner also stopped by each table to greet the restaurant guests.
