We recently had the pleasure of dining at Cantilly Garden Restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with elegant decor and lighting that creates a perfect setting for a memorable meal. The menu offers a diverse selection of dishes, each crafted with the finest ingredients and presented beautifully. We started with amazing foie gras, green pees crème and chicken soups. Continued with 3 main dishes: sea bass fillet, duck breast Magret and Cantilly Steak vol 2. The service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food they were serving. They made excellent recommendations and ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was flawless. To top it all off, the desserts were masterpieces. Our recommendation - try both: Cloud - a crispy puff pastry with vanilla flan, violet espuma and almond and a vegan take on a classic Pavlova cake - chickpeas meringue, orange gel, lime espuma, strawberry and rhubarb. A perfect ending to a fantastic meal. Overall, Cantilly Garden Restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience.
