Restaurant Canaan offre dei anatra croccante, ravioli e manzo davvero ottimi. Puoi ordinare i curatissimi crepes, parfait e beignets. I visitatori non apprezzano molto il vino di questo ristorante.

One sentence to summarize： NOT DELICIOUS, REALLY NOT FRESH, TOO EXPENSIVE EVEN FOR A SWISS RESTAURANT. This is my worst restaurant experience in Switzerland since more than 10 years been in this country. We paid 53 frank ( 43 for the duck and 10 for the extra pancake and vegetable ) for a one-person duck menu, it feels like old duck dish waited for one week in the fridge and put 5 mins in the microwave oven just before served. The restaurant owner later confirmed that is it not fresh with an arrogant attitude saying we came at low season so we have not fresh duck for her it’s normal, she is not even a bit apologising for it. This make things worse. For the poor people who also went to this restaurant and think badly about Chinese food, this is not a good representation of Chinese restaurant. Of those of who see my message: DON’T COME. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 40–50
