Abbiamo sostato per qualche giorno in piazzola fronte lago. Piazzole enormi e pulite con tanto di attacco acqua. Consigliatissimo Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Child-friendly

We’ve visited Camping Park Garda few times - both in campers and in mobile houses. Location of the camping is perfect - it’s close to center, shop and also literally closest possible to the lake. Prices would be totally okay if only not few things that lower the quality of stay. We stayed in premium mobile house which wasn’t that premium at all - broken wavy floor, moving toilet seat, shower that goes only from the top and button to switch this - doesn’t work. Humidity in the whole house and stinky beds, 6 people checked in but only 4 glasses (?). Bird poop on the terrace which welcomed us at the very beginning. House was full of ants. These houses have so much potential but unfortunately are very poorly made which is killing the experience. WIFI is not connecting further than very close to reception, uncomfortable for people especially from abroad who would like to have the Internet to check acitivites around. Terraces are nicely prepared - beach chairs and table with few chairs. If it comes to pitches - they’re quite small but well prepared with electricity, water. The ones on the front lake side are very nice if it comes to the view. Toilets and showers could be improved - there is no toilet paper or soap. Showers are literally outside and it’s okay until water is hot (which was problematic many times). Not far from the camping there is bar on the beach, there is also place to bath in the lake. If it comes to staff - in general they try to be polite, but at the end they behave very sassy and it seems unprofessional, they talk to everyone not-local looking in German, their English is too poor to communicate in important things. The problem of reception is that there is poor organization at the entrance and very often when we were going out with the car and coming back after some time, it was impossible to enter because the whole entrance was blocked by campers checking-in. Nobody is responsible to make campers wait in some area to let guests who are already checked-in use the entrance. There should be some „waiting” space for campers, especially that check-in is not that fast, because nobody wants to waste time queueing to pass the entrance for +15 minutes. We were said in email before coming that if we have any requests and questions they are open but they when we asked for earlier check-in after long travel from Poland they just shortly reply that check in is from 15:00 and basta. In general overview - this camping has big potential and if only some things were improved, it would be really top place in the area of Lake Garda. I would give 4 stars basing on first 3 stays but the last stay we were treated very poorly and I feel like for now the camping is getting worse and worse. Service: 1
