Tutti gli ospiti apprezzano il menu, che in locale propone una cucina italiana favolosa. Se ti trovi nelle vicinanze, vai a provare il gustoso gelato del locale Calypso. Secondo l'opinione degli ospiti, qui servono un caffè davvero ottimo.
Il personale è molto professionale: è questo che rende questo locale così gradevole. Rimarrai sicuramente contento del fichissimo servizio. Ma 4.7 è quanto ha ottenuto questo posto dal sistema di valutazione di Google.

We've been to the ice cream parlor 3 times now. Unfortunately. Because actually we should have gone there much more often. There isn't the largest selection of varieties there (I think there are 16) but in my opinion it's completely sufficient, as the motto here is "quality instead of quantity". I found all the varieties I tried to be excellent. The prices are quite normal (1.70 € is almost cheap these days) and the service was super nice and made more than enough large portions (almost too much for me). I also found the atmosphere absolutely great. Small, simple, no shi-shi or window dressing. Also worth mentioning is the option of a half-half portion. In other words, for €2 you can try two varieties. This portion is even larger than a ball. So you always have to be very hungry for ice cream. We will probably leave the ice cream budget here next time we stay in Bibione Pineda. Absolute recommendation. Great ice cream (taste), super nice service and top portion sizes.

This ice cream parlor was only able to open a few weeks ago after some delays. We then tested the ice cream on the second evening of our vacation, which meant we came back on the 11 following evenings! Why? - There are a few reasons. First of all, Calypso has friendly employees who are happy to let you try ice cream. The boss, who makes the ice cream herself, is just as friendly and communicative. She is happy to answer any questions about her ice cream and doesn't reveal any secrets. You can watch her making ice cream in the morning through a kind of shop window. There are no flavor enhancers, flavorings or other additives in the ice cream. It was also explained to us that there is no banana ice cream at Calypso because fresh bananas brown quickly and the flavor doesn't come through well in the ice cream. Both can only be compensated for with appropriate additives. This makes you think when many other places in town always offer banana ice cream (sometimes in strong yellow tones) - even with a reference to "produzione artigianale". Our request for a specific, “missing” type of ice cream was also taken into account. The ice cream flavors also vary from day to day. Although there are always some standards - who wants to miss chocolate ice cream? What about the taste? You can argue about that - but for the six of us it was delicious! For those looking to save money, it should also be mentioned that the balls here are hardly inferior in size to footballs. Well, that's a bit of an exaggeration of course, but you can certainly understand what I'm getting at. There is also a kind of customer stamp card. After 15 scoops of ice cream you get 2 for free. The Calypso also offers breakfast. There are also granite and ice cream balls in brioches. Conclusion: If we come to Bibione again, we would definitely like to go to the Calypso.
