Purtroppo mi collego alle recenti recensioni. Cosa è successo Calogero ? Io le somme spese per panettoni e pandori le spendo senza problemi per una qualità come quella che mangiavo ANNI FA DA TE ! Evidentemente la fama è arrivata e qualcosa è cambiato … pistacchio che non sa di niente se non di burro cacao e vanillina … panettone raffermo spugnoso non giusto, crema solida come roccia … ma cosa diamine è successo??? Scrivo da Napoli. Complimenti Calogero qualche giorno fa mi è stato regalato un Panettone al pistacchio. Davvero impossibile trattenersi dal recensire un prodotto così buono: una morbidezza dell impasto unica. E della farcitura al pistacchio? Non ne parliamo..gustosissima. Tanti tanti complimenti!
