Pessima colazione…cappuccino senza un filo di schiuma..praticamente un latte macchiato e neanche gustoso…il cornetto ischitano senza parole…doveva essere al cioccolato..ma non percento…cotto male è veramente senza sapore… In compenso i ragazzi al banco sono veramente molto gentili… a differenza della signora in cassa che era intenta a fumare una sigaretta elettronica dietro alla postazione di lavoro

Unspeakable experience! We went for an aperitif, after a very long wait, appetizers arrived taken before our eyes from a bag similar to that of frozen rubbish, taken with our hands and put to reheat, among other things they looked terrible. At the second rustico I find myself a hair inside, it is brought to the attention of the staff the lady shouts at us in a shocking way with a rudeness never seen before, because according to her the place was not responsible as the products are sent to her from another location. Furthermore, he defined the incident as something that "could happen" and to the request to bring the appetizers back and make them again, or at least not charge them, they responded (always in a very unpleasant manner and with tones of voice never seen before that hurt the ears) that “I can't give you a cutting board for just one rustic”. Subsequently, as if that wasn't enough, giving up asking questions, we decided to leave the appetizers and drink only the drinks, a boy realizes that his glass of estathe is dirty brown, and when he politely points this out to the waitress, he is told again shouting that we are "rude spoiled people" and that we had to leave, that customers like us are not welcome, and to never come back. Obviously the request will be satisfied without fail. There has never been a more absurd situation, not even an apology, or even responsibility for one's mistakes in the kitchen. From complaint! It should be underlined that in the end we politely went to the cashier and asking not to pay (at least) they replied that what had been ordered had to be paid for, and to avoid other issues and verbal violence from the staff, WE ALSO PAID.
