Vieni qui per bere qualcosa dopo una lunga passeggiata attorno al Zagreb Glavni Kolodvor. In base all'opinione dei critici, qui servono un caffè davvero ottimo. Il successo di questo caffè bar sarebbe impossibile senza il cortese personale. Rimarrai sicuramente contento dell'encomiabile servizio. After taking literally two seconds to decide what I wanted to order, the waiter sarcastically called out to me, "Well?!" I responded in the same tone, "Can I have a moment to think?", after which he apparently took offense and told me to leave the café.
As if that wasn't enough, he then falsely accused me of causing trouble in the café the day before. That is completely untrue, as it was my very first time there, and I live more than 100 km away from Zagreb.
I have never experienced such treatment as a customer. Instead of basic courtesy and professionalism, I was met with sarcasm, arrogance, and completely baseless accusations. If customers aren't even given a few seconds to decide what they want to order, it's clear how little this place values its guests.
I will certainly never return to this café, and I would strongly recommend that others avoid it if they want to avoid an unpleasant and humiliating experience. After reading other reviews, it appears that this kind of treatment toward customers is not an isolated incident, which makes the whole experience even more disappointing.
