We obviously apologize for what happened. Market days are always very confusing and some errors can happen. But errors can be remedied in most cases, which is why we remind you that it is the customer's right to refuse a product and request its replacement. In this case our boys would surely have poured her another glass. Although we admit that we don't quite understand the rating as it reported 1 star on the food and 4 on the service. Given the review it should be the opposite. We believe it is unfair to receive only 1 general star if the experience (through voting in the individual categories) turns out to be more positive. We hope that next time you can speak directly to our employees and/or managers expressing your doubts/problems instead of writing a negative review the next day. Best regardsMore
