I was pleasantly surprised to find such good vegan options at Café Spettacolo in St. Gallen. It’s a great place to stop for breakfast or a light lunch if you’re looking for something quick and tasty. The highlight was definitely the vegan apricot jam-filled croissant. It was light, flaky, and buttery, with a generous filling of sweet apricot jam. It’s not always easy to find good vegan pastries, so this was a real treat. They also offer a vegan sandwich, which makes it a convenient option if you’re after something more substantial. It’s great to see a café catering to plant-based customers with more than just one token vegan item. Whether you’re grabbing a coffee on the go or sitting down for a relaxed break, Café Spettacolo is a reliable choice for vegans in St. Gallen.
