Dopo aver visto il Campo Sant' Angelo, è ora di fare una pausa in questo caffè bar. Provare qui gli ottimi panini al prosciutto e formaggio, insalate e filetto americano è sicuramente un'ottima idea. Caffè Brasilia offre dei cornetti, brioches e tiramisù davvero curatissimi. Questo posto è noto per i deliziosi spritz, birra o prosecco. Questo locale ti proporrà dei cappuccino, succhi freschi o caffè espresso fantastici.

Il carinissimo personale accoglie sempre gli ospiti al meglio, in qualsiasi momento dell'anno. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto del piacevole servizio. Ti faranno piacere i prezzi equi. Vieni qui se cerchi un'atmosfera gioviale. Gli utenti di Google sono piuttosto generosi con questo posto: è stato giudicato meritevole di 4.1 stelle.

Chiedo 2 caffè da consumare al banco. Mi sono permesso di chiedere anche un bicchierino d'acqua, come vuole la tradizione napoletana. La barista prende una bottiglia dal bancone e riempie metà bicchiere. Fin qui nulla di male. Caffè senza infamia e senza lode. La faccenda è diventata sgradevole invece quando sono andato a pagare. Oltre ai due caffè a 1,40 euro l'uno mi è stato addebitato anche il costo del bicchiere d'acqua pari a 0,70 centesimi. Io non diventerò povero per questo e forse loro non diventeranno ricchi, ma mi chiedo: vale la pena fare una così misera figura per 2 dita d'acqua? Pubblico per critica (spero) costruttiva e allego lo scontrino. Service: 1

Overpriced and Bad Service

It was our first time in Venice and my husband & I decided to go to this place, unfortunately.

We noticed the entire menu was overpriced compared to other places we had been but decided to stay as the location was convenient and we needed to take a tour nearby right after. I ordered a cheese & ham sandwich which was ok and my husband ordered the waffles (PLURAL). What my husband got was a kid’s size waffle (yes, ONE waffle) which we thought was a mistake and decided to bring it up to the waiter. The waiter agreed it must had been a mistake as the menu said “waffles”. To our surprise, the owner did agree it was a mistake on their end but that if we wanted another waffle we needed to pay another €6.50.

Clearly the owner needs to take some sort of business management class as this decision only reflects their poor business management skills. The LEAST they could’ve done AFTER agreeing it was a mistake on their end is serve us another of their kid’s size waffle.

We went to Nikki Bar the following day and not only do they serve quality meals but the prices are mor reasonable and the owner is a true Italian who loves to keep her customers happy (go check out this place instead).

We won’t be returning to Caffe Brasilia and I’m making sure everyone knows about this scam. The owner clearly only cares about making profit off of tourists!
