The owner's responses to bad comments show how they behave towards guests. It's as if children hold it, not serious people. The guest must not complain about anything, otherwise they will be attacked immediately. It's unfortunate that such owners make money from people, as if money is falling from the sky for all of us. I personally complained about the bad ice cream and some muesli and the guy who works there or the owner, a small, black man, literally threw me out in front of everyone and attacked me. He started shouting and saying come if you can. Come on, let me beat you up. I don't even have to tell you how it affected my children. Horrible behavior... nowhere worse than with them

The service is terrible, arrogant, inappropriate behavior towards guests, I have the feeling they would rather be paid without being seated. they practically urged us to get up from the table as soon as they saw that we were about to finish our pizza, even though we had left a good amount of money. the young guy who works there i.e. the owner is arrogant as if we met by chance on the street so I bothered him. Worse, while smoking cigarettes with those same dirty hands, he picked up a cone without a napkin and started yelling when I told him we wouldn't pay him. he went out with me. I wasn't very comfortable!
