The owner and his waiter sidekick practically went into shock when they realized I didn’t have cash. They aggressively pointed at a microscopic “No Cash” sign on the door while shouting instead of communicating. I repeatedly explained that I was happy to get cash and pay, but to do that I needed to leave first. Instead, they demanded I leave something behind and acted as if I was trying to steal from them. When I asked why they were yelling, the answer was essentially: “That’s your problem.” For a moment I genuinely thought they might get physical. What makes this even more questionable is that there appears to be a second Google listing associated with the business, which gives the impression of an attempt to manage or dilute negative reviews. Given how unbelievably bad their coffee is, I’m not surprised they seem angry all day. Avoid this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our worst experience during the holiday. The cappuccino was nothing more than a burning hot cup of coffee grounds – the quality was absolutely terrible. The waiters were aggressive, unfriendly, and completely lacking in customer service. Their attitude toward guests was unacceptable. They only accepted cash and did not provide a receipt or bill. They spoke no foreign languages and seemed unwilling to make any effort to understand customers. What is particularly misleading is that this establishment appears on several review platforms with very different ratings. On one site it has a rating of 3.6, while on another it is rated only 2.6, making it difficult for visitors to get an accurate picture before arriving. In an otherwise charming little town, this place is a real stain on the experience. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for friendly service, professionalism, transparency, or even basic courtesy Price per person: €1–5 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
