Even in Sicily there is this controversy, between the various provinces and generations. The current generation presents an ice cream cream, passing it off as granita, do you know why?? To save on production, two preparations are made with one mixture.. My granita reflects the "Messinese" school, I don't think anyone will change my mind.. Non ci risulta che le tazzine siano macchiate di calcare, assolutamente cosa non vera. Ci può essere la possibilità che qualche tazzina sia normalmente usurata, le tazzine vengono rimpiazzate a cadenza quasi bimestrale.. Comunque faremo più attenzione per il prossimo futuro. Grazie
