Not welcoming at all We visited this restaurant with our kids and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience because of the waiter’s attitude and lack of respect toward customers. When we arrived, we waited to be seated while other guests who came after us were seated and had their orders taken first. After waiting for quite a while with no assistance, we decided to go inside and place the order ourselves. Instead of helping us, the waiter told us to “go outside and wait.” We waited another 10 minutes and still nobody came to take our order. At that point, our children were hungry and tired, so we decided to leave. As we were leaving, the waiter finally came outside and said we can order now. We politely explained that we no longer wanted to stay because the wait was too long for the kids. His response was very rude and disrespectful: “If you don’t have patience, don’t come.” Good customer service and basic respect are very important, especially for families with children. Sadly, this experience left us very dissatisfied, and we would not return or recommend this place to others. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Kid-friendliness: No
