I had the pleasure of paying a visit to the historic Café do Brasil in Via Roma in Crotone and I was pleasantly impressed by the recent introduction of express and sustainable cuisine. This novelty was a real discovery, and I must say that it was a pleasant surprise. The express cuisine offers fresh and delicious dishes that reflect the venue's commitment to sustainability. The ingredients seem to be carefully selected and the preparation is impeccable. Not only did I appreciate the authentic taste of the dishes, but I also appreciated the awareness that can be felt in each course. In addition to the quality of the food, the price is a notable plus. Not often you find a combination of high quality cuisine at such a competitive price. It's an excellent added value that makes the experience even more pleasant. The warm welcome and kindness of the managers were the perfect finishing touch to an already extraordinary experience. You can clearly sense that the staff are passionate and dedicated to offering exceptional service, making the atmosphere at Café do Brasil even more welcoming and enjoyable. And of course, it all ends with a splendid coffee. Café do Brasil's tradition of excellence is also reflected in the preparation of the coffee. A perfect ending to an already special meal. In conclusion, the Café do Brasil in Via Roma in Crotone has demonstrated its ability to renew itself while keeping its authenticity and commitment to quality intact. I highly recommend everyone to pay a visit, you will be positively surprised. The combination of taste, sustainability, convenience and the hospitality of the managers is a winning trio that makes it a must for lovers of good food. Well done to Café do Brasil and to the love that distinguishes Rosaria and Andrea, not only that, for this initiative which deserves all the success it is achieving!
