Rude staff, watery gelato. This was the third and last time to gave this place a chance. Every gelato flavor you pick seems watered out. And the staff acts like you are inconveniencing them. Instead of helping you pick flavor, they rush you and then make rude comments if you take an extra few seconds to tell them what flavor you want. Its sad for City of Novigrad that they are still in business as they are a bad representation of city and the Croatian tourism in general.
