It’s a nice little place, with a nice terrace, butI had a carrot cake which was very good, but the apple crumble was awful! It looked and tasted as it had been deep frozen. There were almost no apple pieces, it was dry and didn’t taste good at all. It ended up in the waste basket a pity for the 5 or 6CHF I spent on it! Much too expensive for what it was! Liebe Caro Es tut uns von Herzen leid, dass Sie mit dem Kuchen nicht zufrieden waren. Das ist der einzige Kuchen den wir nicht selber backen. Er wird uns täglich frisch geliefert und bis anhin hatten wir noch keine Beanstandungen. Ich werde dies der Bäckerei selbstverständlich weiterleiten. Sie haben dies vor Ort nicht gemeldet, oder? Wir hätten gerne die Chance erhalten Stellung zu nehmen und darauf zu reagieren. Falls Sie sich entscheiden nochmals vorbei zu schauen, kommen Sie bitte auf mich zu. Herzlichst, Michele und Team

We're lucky to have Café Bruderholz, what an upgrade for the area! Large sun terrace that can be used all year round, depending on the weather; incredibly nice staff that are always happy to engage in a conversation - thank you Jakob, Andres, Béa and everyone else - very good coffee! There are also delicious sandwiches and salads, as well as Birchermüesli. And: There is an extra play room for the little ones with a dollhouse, wooden train, rocking horse and books. So you can actually always go there. Personally, after two years, I would like to see a change in the cake selection, even if the cakes on offer (gluten-free ones are also available) are very tasty.
