In un locale molto accogliente, personale squisito e cibo ottimo, abbiamo mangiato tagliatelle e tortelloni ai funghi, sformato al tartufo, frittata ai funghi, patate arrosto, acqua, vino + caffè offerti, per un totale di € 50,00. Super consigliatissimo...ci torneremo sicuramente. Service: 5 Location: 5

Locale molto suggestivo, caldo ed accogliente, Cibo eccellente, funghi porcini e tartufo cucinati in tutti i modi possibili. Tagliolini, tagliatelle e tortelloni, oltre a tartare e tagliate di carne. Buona la carta dei vini e ottima l'accoglineza di Ivan e delle sue collaboratrici. Assolutamente da provare e da prenotare con settimane di anticipo. Service: 5 Location: 5

I'll start by saying that I can't say anything about the food because everything was good apart from the desserts which we didn't like much. The service left us a little perplexed. We entered at 1.15pm, they sat us on the third floor and after 20 minutes of waiting looking around they came to ask us what we wanted. We first ask for the menu to see what was different from the usual ones we get and the lady responds to our request by saying that there wasn't a lot of stuff because two hours later they would be going on holiday. What I say, what is the answer? But it's fine. We initially asked for drinks, water and wine, and appetizers. After 15 minutes the starters arrive and so far everything is ok, but not even a hint of drinking. We ask the waiter several times, who clearly didn't even know what planet he was on (I'm sorry to say this but I believe that contact with the public in a certain context requires competent people) to kindly bring us a drink. After a long wait he brings us the water, forgetting about the wine which was placed on the table waiting to be served but which, apparently, the waiter did not know who it was intended for. The third time we reminded him, he finally served it to us! After another further wait they came to ask us what we wanted as a first course and after another long wait they brought them to us. All this in more or less an hour and a half/two. However, while we waited I looked around and wondered how a place so known for being one of the best in the area could have such poor service! Absent but above all incompetent waiters who didn't even know which table the dishes should go to, children, who were certainly staff, who chased the waiters while they worked. Not to mention the waiting times, there were people who had arrived much earlier than us and, while we were at dessert, they had yet to receive their first course... at 3.20pm! It's not the first time I've come to you and I've always had a good time, but after today I unfortunately have to change my opinion. I'm very sorry because the food is impeccable, but the restaurant also includes the service which was non-existent at your place. UPDATE! My partner and I were sick all night and the cramps continued the next morning too! Service: 1
