My daily report on swiss coffee shops, coucou, a great location for people watching and munch away . One thing all coffee shops here seem to have in common, they offer flat whites but none of the coffee shops seem to know how to make a flat white. The beans used are perfectly roasted and bold but the mixture of espresso to foam is off. I really would hope that every coffeeshop owner takes a trip to Melbourne Australia and learn how to make flat whites. Anyhow, otherwise loved the Korean egg drop sandwich, nice staff, great location... Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
