World class specialty coffee shop. The best coffee I've had in Italy. You can select the bean for specialty espresso. The beans are micro lots with some really special stuff; there were several anaerobic fermented natural process beans, washed, honey, single varietal, etc. Perfect preparation, clean shots, ultra fine micro foam, beautiful serving ware. Victoria Arduino grinder and espresso machine. For brewed coffee, they have every recognizable brewer on a shelf. I know AeroPress is an option. Pastries are exquisite. I got a lemon chiffon cake slice that was outstanding. Charming arts and crafts decor with a variety of seating and small tables. Sarah, her sister, and her father run the shop. They do it all from sourcing to preparation. You can buy bulk coffee and also coffee/pods for use in various home machines. World class coffee. We've traveled pretty extensively and this coffee shop in this small Tuscan city puts most cafes to shame. It's run by two sisters and their dad. They roast fantastic coffee and prepare it perfectly. They take great care to extract the best flavor out of each unique varietal both through roasting techniques and preparation. They are so kind and hospitable, and the locals who come in for their coffee fix are equally friendly. It's super charming inside and our entire visit was a delight. They also have delicious home made cakes and baked goods as well! If you're anywhere near this area do yourself a favor and get the best cup of coffee you'll have in a long time. Chelotti is a truly welcoming place, an original café a stone's throw from Montecatini. It was a wonderful discovery! Excellent products starting from the coffee from their roastery. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
