TLDR: rotten mushrooms served on pizza two evenings in a row I ordered two pizzas, the second evening I wanted to order a large pizza with salami piccante, but I was informed that no large pizza was available (despite its presence on the board), so I ordered a regular one with salami piccante and quattro stagioni. After placing the order, the service lady went to the board and, laughing, said that she had to check if the ingredients were available - she checked the ingredients of one pizza for two minutes, then asked me what the second pizza was, and after checking, she went behind the counter to give the order to the younger lady. After a dozen or so minutes, I picked up the pizza and went to the apartment I had rented in the next building. From the first time I opened the box with quattro staggioni pizza, I was struck by a sour, vinegary smell which, as it turned out, came from mushrooms. For a moment I even wondered if maybe they were just made with vinegar, but it's not possible. The mushrooms smelled very intensely (I didn't eat any pieces of them), luckily I didn't feel bad after the rest of the pizza. It's a pity that I was disappointed, because I would like to support such less popular places, but it was too big a shortcoming. The rest of the pizzas were ok, although the cheese mixture in the base of each pizza was probably not just mozzarella, because the cheese was too chewy for mozzarella. Sorry, I don't know which restaurant you went to but I have never allowed any customer to enter my kitchen and cook
