Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. My spaghetti was served with grated cheese that was moldy, which is simply unacceptable. The staff also seemed unmotivated and did not appear to care much about the overall guest experience. Despite the issue with the food, there was no price reduction or any meaningful attempt to make things right. Considering this location serves many premium and business-class passengers, I expected a much more professional level of service. Unfortunately, the quality of both the food and the service did not justify the prices. Another issue was communication. The staff did not speak English and made very little effort to understand or assist international guests, which is disappointing for an airport restaurant. Overall, the quality and service did not match the expectations for this location, and I cannot recommend it based on my experience. Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
